Life is coming at me hard and when the walls feel like they are closing in, I’m the type of person to reach out for support.  

Some people turn inward when in crisis mode to process and feel their feelings and some turn outward for support to feel their feelings.  

Guess which way is the right way?  

Either way is the right way!  

That’s the best thing about becoming an adult  is that we get to make up our own rules and I usually make mine up along the way.  

Today I’m going to share some strategies I’ve picked up from a support group I’m in that can work with our kids too.
