We spent last week talking about the different ways our kids may handle stress by going into fight, flight or freeze mode.
This week we are going to go into our time machines back to our childhoods to take a peek at how we managed stress as kids.
During stressful and traumatic experiences as kids our egos were developed as a protective mechanism and sometimes show up in adulthood that don’t work for us anymore.
We will unpack that together today to unlock patterns and recreate new patterns that will create more harmony in our homes.
